Located in North Caicos, this site required conceptual planning and design development of a mixed-use resort/residential community for a feasibility study.  David Font Design's concept of the 1,000-acre site included an 18-hole professional golf course and clubhouse, a luxury resort and casino, retail and marina complex, an observation lighthouse, restaurants, and residential components such as oceanfront condominiums, garden townhomes and golf villas.
