Located in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, this ambitious redevelopment of a former distressed property received one of the county's largest single awards of Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds in the U.S. The redevelopment effort created a new 300-unit modern community providing superior resident services, and offering unique amenities such as a splash park, movie room, soccer field, covered picnic area and public art throughout the community provided by six different artists.  David Font Design was tasked with the landscape and irrigation design.  (Photos courtesy of Pinnacle Housing Group)
